Shipping Policies

Shipping will by UPS ground.

Return Policy (non-imprinted products)

We have  a 30 day money back policy if the product is defective in any way. You will need to contact us and let us know the nature of the defect before we can authorize a return. If the product was damaged during shipment you will need to contact the carrier.

Return Policy (imprinted products)

Imprinted products cannot be returned.

Backorder Policy

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when the product can be shipped.  You will be contacted as to shipping date or substitution  with another color or product that is in stock.

Damaged Goods Policy

If the product is damaged through shipping, please contact the shipping carrier. If the product is defective, call Randy's New Image at (866) 478-9211 or email to allbagsandmore@earthlink.net  to let us know the problem.

Privacy Statement
